Sometimes the most effective means of finding assistance is by making your presence known. Having a voice in our community is something that we all take for granted and yet is not as easy to access as you might think. Increasing public awareness of the needs of our community members with developmental disabilities is an integral part of the mission of the Charles I Cheneweth Foundation.

Available periodically through monetary or in-kind donations, previous awards to San Diego County residents with specific needs have included wheelchair accessible vehicles, mobility devices, and other assistive equipment.
